The internship, in plain words.
IVL is the intelligence layer for India's venture ecosystem — 24,000+ scored startups, 45 investor personas, a Pitch Lab, the Founder Lab, the VC Chamber. We're a small team building all of it. The internship is not coffee-runs or screen-shares. From week one you'll own a slice of the product — research, writing, shipping, talking to founders and investors directly.
You report to Thiru K. (COO) with a weekly all-hands at 5 PM IST Monday. Beyond that, you set your own rhythm. Strong interns extend into full-time roles at IVL — that happened with the founding team last year and we expect it again.
Selection is five stages: (1) this form by 5 June, (2) shortlist by 12 June, (3) a 1-hour research task, (4) a 90-second video, (5) a 30-minute interview with Thiru. Every applicant hears back by 5 June — we don't ghost.
