12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

To deliver the service, IVL transfers personal data to the following processors outside India. All transfers comply with §16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and are subject to written processor agreements requiring data protection standards equivalent to those applied within India.

United States — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT/Whisper), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Emergent (hosting).
India — Razorpay (payments), Bhashini (Indic voice synthesis, optional).
Singapore — MongoDB Atlas region of record (configurable per cluster; default is India South region where available).
