• Attempt to interfere with system security
• Misrepresent IVL data as official financial advice

Automated extraction, bulk copying, or commercial reuse without written consent is prohibited.

The IVL platform, including:

• VedAI Rating
• Rankings
• Indexes
• Data structuring
• Platform design
• Analytical methodologies

are proprietary to Indian Venture Labs.

Publicly available source data remains subject to its original sources, but IVL's structuring, scoring logic, and presentation are protected.

IVL aggregates publicly available and structured information.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy:

• IVL does not guarantee completeness
• IVL does not guarantee accuracy
• Data may contain errors or omissions

Users rely on IVL at their own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
